Chocolate Milk Shake/Drink
2 c. skim milk
16 ice cubes
2 bananas
3 T. cocoa powder
3T. maple or honey
1/2 t. vanilla
pinch of salt
Blend in blender until smooth.
Makes about 4 cups.
