Spagetti Squash Chicken Tacos

Mixture Toppings
1/2 Large Spagetti Squash Ranch or Sour Cream
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken* Lettuce
1/4 c. onions (1 t. powder) Salsa/Tomatoes
1 can green chilis
1 t. chili powder
1 t. cumin
1 t. olive oil
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Cook Spagetti squash for 10 min in microwave (30 min oven)
Cook chicken, onions, green chilis, chili powder & cumin in oil
Scrape out squash and combine with chicken mixture.
Bake together at 350 for 20-30 min.
Stir in ranch/sour cream & top with lettuce, tomatoes/salsa.
(Can eat with tortillas or chips)

(*Variation is 3/4 c. ground turkey + 3/4 c. cooked beans instead of chicken)
