Corned Beef


1. Preheat Oven to 325*
2. Place a 3-4lb brisket in a baking dish, fat side up
3. Sprinkle pepper or seasoning packet on top
4. Cover with lid or tinfoil
5. Bake 2 1/2 hours
6. Uncover and bake for 30-45 more minutes
(fork should go in smoothly,  if not, bake 30-60 more minutes)
