Ingredients:
1 1/2 T. flour
1 1/2 T. canola oil
2 c. water
2 t. beef bouillon
1/2 t. salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix flour and oil in a small saucepan on medium heat.
2. Slowly stir in remaining ingredients until thickens
3. Serve with French Dip Sandwiches
(Deli roast beef on open face buns with cheese- broil for 2 min)

Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs
Serves 8
Ingredients:
12 large eggs, beaten
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

2. Scramble on medium high heat in a greased pan until cooked through (about 15 min)

Chicken Salad Sandwich

2 large cans of chicken
1/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. yogurt
1/2 t. onion powder

HONEY OAT BREAD
Ingredients:
6 1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. gluten
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
2 T. yeast
2 T. salt
3 c. oats
10 c. wheat flour
Directions:
1. Knead for 7 min.
2. Place in 5 greased medium pans
3. Rise for about an hour
4. Bake at 350* for 30 min

PUMPKIN SHEETCAKE (whole wheat, low fat)
INGREDIENTS:
2 c. wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. cloves
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Stir dry ingredients, then add/stir in wet ingredients
3. Spread on greased cookie sheet
4. Bake for 18 min (or just until toothpick comes out non-doughy)
5. Top with Cream Cheese Frostin: 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 t. vanilla

2 c. flour (wheat or white)
5 t. yeast (saf instant)
2 t. salt
2- 2 1/2 c. flour (wheat or white)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Knead all ingredients for 5 minutes (add last flour in slowly- don't add too much)
2. Sit/Rise covered for 20-40 min
3. Roll out on greased or floured counter to 1/4" thick
4. Cut into 16 scones or 8 navajo tacos
5. Preheat oil to 375* and cook until just brown on each side
6. Drain on a plate with a paper towel
- For scones, serve with jam or honey
-For navajo tacos, serve with blended beans, meat, lettuce, cheese, sourcream, salsa

2 T. taco seasoning
BAKING POWDER FRY BREAD
4 c. flour
2 T. powdered milk
1-2 T. sugar (1T for pizza)
1 T. baking powder
1 3/4 t. salt
1 3/4 c. water
-Divide into 6 fry breads (OR PERSONAL PIZZAS)
Pumpkin Scrambled Eggs
OK, So i am loaded with pumpkin after Halloween and looking for non-sweet ways to use it.
This worked great!
8 eggs
