2 ½ c. wheat boiled in 5 c. water (= 7½ c. wheat berries)
½ c. wheat flour
1 ½ t. cinnamon
¾ t. vanilla
1/8 t. nutmeg
4-6c. greek yogurt
6 c. fruit (2 c. pineapple
with juice+4 c. grapes or apples)
2/3 c. nuts or raisins (opt)
1/3 c. sugar

1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
3 c. greek yogurt
4 c. fruit (1can pineapple +
2apples+ 2bananas)
½ c. nuts or raisins (opt)
¼ sugar
*Notes on cooking wheat berries:
1. Cook wheat and water in a 1:2 ratio and it will triple in
size.
2. Bring water to a boil, add wheat, cover and simmer while
oven heats to 350*
3. Place tight lid on pot and put in oven.
4. Turn oven off and place pot in, Leave for a couple of
hours (or overnight)
5. Drain excess water and refrigerate.
