Chocolate Zuccini/Carrot Cake


Ingredients:
2/3 c. wheat flour
¾ c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
¾ t. baking powder
¼ t. cinnamon
¼ t. salt
½ c. cocoa powder
2/3 c. applesauce
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 c. shredded zucchini or carrots
½ c. choc chips (opt)
Directions:
1. Mix & Pour into a 9x9 or circle pan
2. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min
