Coffee Cake

Cake Ingredients:               

1 egg                                   

¼ c. oil                                   

½ c. milk                 

1 ½ c. wheat flour 

¾ c. sugar                              

2 t. baking powder

½ t. salt

Topping Ingredients:

¼ c. brown sugar

1 T. wheat flour

1 T. melted butter

1 t. cinnamon

½ c. nuts

Directions:

1. Mix cake ingredients and pour into a 9x9 pan

2. Sprinkle topping & Bake at 375* for 25-30 min
