1 c. raisins
1 T. water
¾ c. brown sugar
2 T. canola oil
1 c. applesauce
4 egg whites
2 T. skim milk
2 t. vanilla
1 ½ c. wheat flour
3 c. oats
1 t. baking soda
1 ½ t. cinnamon
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Microwave raisins &
water for 1 min & blend
2. Pour onto a 9x13 pan.
3. Bake at 350* for 23 min.
(cut into 16 bars)
4. Glaze with icing:
½ c. powdered sugar
1 T. skim milk
¼ t. vanilla
