Lima Bean Gravy

Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. dry lima beans (or 3 1/2 c. cooked= 2 cans)
1c. (1/2lb) cooked sausage
(meatless: 1/3 c. dry wheat or 1 c. cooked wheat)
White Sauce:
1 3/4 c. milk
3 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 t. salt
1/8t. pepper
1 t. dry mustard (1T. wet mustard)
1 t. worchestershire sauce

Directions:
1. Crockpot lima beans (and wheat if meatless) in 5 c. water on low for 8 hours.
2. Drain beans
3. Whisk white sauce in a saucepan on medium heat until thick.
4. Stir in beans and meat (or wheat)
5. Serve over biscuits or salted baked potatoes
(Serves 8-12)
