Dry Ingredients:
2 c. wheat flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 c. water
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. applesauce
2 eggs
3/4 c. greek yogurt
1 t. vanilla
(Variation: 6 T. oil + 6 T. applesauce + 3 eggs)
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Stir in wet ingredients.
3. Pour into 6 mini loaf pans.
4. Bake at 350* for 25 min.
5. Cool, then layer to form a cube.
Chocolate Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. cocoa
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 c. soft butter
1 T. milk
