Turkey Burgers

(Serves 8-12)

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground turkey

2 eggs

2 T. bread crumbs

2 T. diced onion

2 T. soy sauce

2 T. ketchup

1 t. garlic powder

1/2 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper

3 T. wheat gluten (to hold it together)


Directions:

1. Blend or beat ingredients

2. Form into 8-12 patties

3. Preheat a griddle to 375* (med-high heat)

4. Oil the griddle and cook the first side of the patties for 4-5 min.

5. Flip and cook for 8-10 min at 350* (med heat)
