Jalapeño Sauce

Ingredients:
9-10 tomatillos
3-4 jalapeno peppers, seeded
2 t. minced garlic
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 T. lime juice (or 1T lime juice + 1/4 t. sugar)
1/2 t. chicken bouillon
3/4 t. salt

Directions:
1. Quarter tomatillos and roast on oiled cookie sheet with seeded jalepenos at 350* for 30 min
2. Blend in blender with remaining ingredients
