INGREDIENTS:
3 c. skim milk
1 ½ c. shredded frozen beets
2 c. strawberries or peaches
2 bananas (or 1 c. applesauce)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend in
blender until smooth
2. Add more milk
if using frozen fruits/veggies
