HONEY OAT BREAD

Ingredients:
6 1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. gluten
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
2 T. yeast
2 T. salt
3 c. oats
10 c. wheat flour

Directions:
1. Knead for 7 min.
2. Place in 5 greased medium pans
3. Rise for about an hour
4. Bake at 350* for 30 min
