Gluten Free Rice Bread

 

1 Medium Size Loaf:

Ingredients:
1 c. brown rice flour
1 c. white rice flour
1 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. oat flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 t. instant yeast
2 t. xanthan gum
1 1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder
3/4 c. warm milk (microwave 45 sec)
1 t. apple cider vinegar
3 eggs, warmed (stir +microwave 20 sec)
1 t. vanilla
2 T. oil

Directions:
1. Stir dry ingredients, then stir in wet
2. Grease a loaf pan and rise for about hour
3. Bake at 350* for 40 min (180* internal temperature)
