(Preheat Oven to 350*)
1. Saute on medium-high heat in skillet:
1 lb. Turkey Burger
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. cumin
1 t. chili powder
1/2 t dried oregano
salt and pepper
2. Add:
2 c. corn
2 c. salsa
10oz diced tomatoes w. green chilis
3. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with cornmeal mixture:
1 box cornmeal muffin mix (2/3 c. flour, 1/2 c cornmeal, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 t. bak powder, 1/2 t. salt)
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cheese, grated
4. Bake 40 min.
