Ingredients:
3 c.
water
2 cans
diced tomatoes (4 c)
3
carrots, diced
2 celery
stalks, diced
1 large
onion, diced
1 T. dry
basil (or italian seasoning)
1 T.
chicken boullion
1/2 t.
oregano
1/2 t.
salt
2 c. milk
1/4 c.
sour cream
1/4 c.
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Boil
all ingredients (except dairy) in a large pot until vegetables are soft. (15
min)
2. Blend
in a blender until smooth.
2. Add
back to the pot and stir in milk, sour cream, and cheese and heat through.
