Homemade Hot Chocolate

From Scratch:
1 1/3 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. sugar
4 T. cocoa
1 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
8 c. hot water
(or blend with 4c cold water +6c ice
For frozen hot cocoa)
