Baked Oats

Berry-Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients:
2 c. oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. salt
2 c. milk
1 egg
3 T. butter or oil
1 T. vanilla
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 c. berries
½ c. nuts
½ c. chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Stir ingredients (except nuts & choc chips)
2. Pour into 9x13 pan and top with nuts & choc chips
3. Bake at 375* for 35-40 min. 

Apple-Raisin Baked Oats
Ingredients:
½ c. oil
½ c. honey
4 eggs
1 ½ c. milk
2 ½ c. oats
1 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples
½ c. craisins
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Beat oil, honey, and eggs
2. Stir in remaining ingredients (top with nuts)
3. Pour onto a 9x13 pan
4. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min

Pumpkin Banana Baked Oats
Ingredients:
6 bananas
2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 t. vanilla
2 c. oats
½ c. brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 ½ t. cinnamon
½ t. nutmeg
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
1/8 t. salt
½ c. nuts (on top)
Directions:
1. Beat wet ingredients then stir in dry ingredients
2. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 375* for 35-40 min
