Butternut Squash Stuffing

Ingredients:
1 small butternut squash
1 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
2 apples, diced
6 slices wheat toast, diced
2/3 c. walnuts or pecans
Directions:
1. Microwave squash for 5 minutes.
2. Cut in half, scoop out seeds, and microwave for 5 more minutes.
3. Let sit, cooling in microwave for 5 more minutes.
4. Blend with seasonings.
5. Dice apples & toast & stir in.
