Rice Pudding

BASIC RICE PUDDING
Ingredients:
4c. Cooked Rice
2T. Cornstarch
3T. Sugar
1/2t. Cinnamon
4c. Milk 
1-2t. Vanilla
Raisins

Directions:
Stir in a pot over medium high heat until thick (or in microwave (Add vanilla and raisins after thick)

YOGURT RICE PUDDING
Serves 8-12
Ingredients:
6 c. cooked brown rice
(2 c. rice + 4c.water + 1/2 t. salt + 1t. oil)
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
4 c. greek yogurt
1 T. imitation vanilla (1/2T. pure vanilla)
6 c. apples + bananas, chopped (4 apples+4 bananas)
1 c. raisins

Directions:
1. Pressure cook rice in water, salt, oil for 22 minutes on high.
2. Cool in fridge.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients
