1 Large Pizza

2 1/2t. sugar
2 1/2 t. saf instant yeast
1 1/4 t. salt
2 c. white flour
-beat with beaters, then knead in:
1 c. more white flour
5 Large Pizzas
5 c. warm water

4 T. saf instant yeast
2 T. salt
2 c. white flour
-beat with beaters, then knead in:
1 c. more white flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Knead dough for 7 min.
2. Let rest for 40 min.
3. Roll out on greased & corn-mealed pizza pan
4. Put on toppings and preheat oven while rising for 10 more minutes
5. Bake at 425* for 10-12 min on bottom rack
