Ingredients:
2 sleeves saltines
2 sleeves saltines
1 stick of butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. chocolate chips
-optional toppings: slivered almonds, coconut flakes, etc
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Cover baking sheet with saltines
3. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan and evenly pour over saltines
4. Bake for 10 min
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over and let sit for 5 min
6. Spread the softened chips over the crackers and sprinkle toppings
7. Refrigerate until cool
