Ingredients:
4 c. egg noodles or 1 lb spaghetti
1 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey burger
1/2 c. onions
8oz mushrooms (optional)
sauce:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
(or 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk, 2 t. beef bouillon, 1/2 t. salt, 1/4 t. garlic powder, 1/4 t. pepper)
1/2 t. thyme
1/2 t. paprika
2 t. dijon mustard
1 T. worcestershire sauce
cream:
1/2 c. sour cream or greek yogurt
1/2 c. more milk (optional)
Directions:
1. Boil Noodles 8-10 minutes, drain
2. Brown meat and onions
3. Add sauce until thick
4. Add cream and pour over noodles
