Carrot Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
2 c. water
2 c. shredded carrots and/or coleslaw
2 bananas

DIRECTIONS:
1. Fill blender with water to the 2 c. line
2. Defrost carrots and bananas if frozen in the microwave for 1 minute.
3. Add carrots and bananas and puree for 1 minute.
4. Pour into 4 cups
