Poppy Seed Dressing



1 1/2 c. canola oil
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. honey (2/3 c. sugar)
2 t. dry mustard
2 t. salt
2 t. poppy seeds (stir in after blending)

Mix in blender and serve over any greens
(especially good with spinach and fruit salads)
