Banana Icecream



INGREDIENTS:
3 frozen bananas
¼ c. skim milk
8 graham crackers

DIRECTIONS:
1. Chop frozen bananas into slices.
2. Pulse/Blend in blender with milk until creamy.
3. Spread over graham crackers.


Banana-Nut Icecream:
4 fresh bananas
4 frozen bananas
1/2 c. peanut butter blended in or top with nuts

Chocolate Banana Icecream
3 frozen bananas, chopped (or 4 small bananas)
1/4 c. skim milk
2 T. sugar
2 T. cocoa
1/4 t. vanilla
