Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti noodles
1 lb spinach, lightly steamed or microwaved
¼ c. packed fresh basil leaves
1 large tomato or 2 roma tomatoes
¼ c. olive oil
4 oz shredded parmesan cheese
1 ½ t. minced garlic (3 cloves)
¾ t. salt
½ c. walnuts
Directions:
1. Boil spaghetti noodles for 10 min.
2. Blend all ingredients and pour the sauce over drained noodles.
3. Heat through
