Ingredients:
4 cans tuna (12 oz total)
1 c. chopped celery (2 stalks)
1 c. peas or chopped broccoli (or 2 more stalks of celery)
½ small red onion, diced
¼ c. +2T miracle whip light
¼ c. plain yogurt
½ T. apple cider vinegar
directions:
1. Cut fruit or veggies
1. Cut fruit or veggies
2. Open cans of meat and drain
3. Stir all ingredients in a bowl.
4. Cut 16 slices of bread
5. Spread salad ingredients on to make 8 sandwiches
TUNA KALE SANDWHICH (Serves 8)
INGREDIENTS:

2 mahsed avacados (or 1/4 c. miracle whip light)
1/2 t. creole seasoning
4 c. kale, finely chopped (or 4 stalks of celery)
-Serve as a salad or on bread for a sandwhich
creole seasoning mix:
2 1/2 t. paprika
2 t. salt
2 t. garlic powder
1 t. black pepper
1 t. onion powder
1 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. oregano
1 t. thyme
