Wheat Cake Mix & Cobbler

(serves 8-12)
Wheat Cake Mix Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. wheat flour
3/4 c. sugar (can do 1/2 c. white + 1/4 c. brown)
1/4 c. powdered milk
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. baking soda
3/4 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. salt

Cobbler Ingredients:
1 large can peaches (3c. peaches +1 c. juice)
1 c. chopped apples (or 1/2 can pineapples)

Topping Ingredients:
1/2 c. sliced butter on top OR
     1/4 c. applesauce
     1/4 c. canola oil
     1/4 t. salt

Cobbler Directions:
1. Mix cake mix in a bowl & set aside
2. Pour cobbler ingredients into bottom of 9x13 pan
3. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top
4. Combine topping and drizzle on top
5. Bake at 350* for 35-45 min. (Chop up a little after 20 min)

*Double recipe for dutch oven
