Chicken Noodle Soup (Campbell's copycat)

Ingredients:
2T. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
10 c. water
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
3T. chicken bouillon
1/4 t. dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1/4 t. dried marjoram or 1/8t oregano
1/8 t. black pepper
1/2 t. salt
1 c. spaghetti, broken into 2" pieces (or 2c cooked rice)

Directions:
1. Saute onion, celery, & carrots in oil in the bottom of a pot on medium heat.
2. Add water and bring to a boil.
3. Add remaining ingredients and boil until spaghetti is soft (10 min)
