Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
(Serves 8)
8 c. water
4 large celery stalks, diced
1 small onion, chopped
4 c. potatoes, diced
3 T. chicken boullion
1/2 t. pepper
32 oz. frozen corn (5c)
1 pt. half and half  (or 1 c. sour cream + 1 c. milk)
1 12oz can evaporated milk (or 3/4 c. powdered milk + 3/4 c. water)
6 oz. bacon (10 slices, cooked + diced)

Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add celery, onion, potatoes, and seasonings.
3. Boil 15 min (or until potatoes are soft)
4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5-10 min.
