Heat/boil for 3 min:
1/3 c. coconut oil (or butter)
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. skim milk
2 T. peanut butter
Add/Stir in afterwards:
1/4 c. cocoa
3 c. oats
1 t. vanilla
Stir and pour onto greased or waxed cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Makes about 2 dozen.
