Egg Rolls
Ingedients:
1 package egg rolls (21)
1 lb pork or chicken (2c)
1/2 c. onions, chopped
3/4 c. shredded carrots
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 T. sesame oil
3/4 t. season salt (1/4 t. celery salt, 1/4 t. garlic salt, 1/8 t. pepper, 1/8 t. salt)
Directions:
1. Mix stuffing in a bowl
2. Place 3T. stuffing onto each egg roll
3. Preheat oil to 325-250* or preheat oven to 400*
4. Wrap each roll like a burrito- seal edges with water
5. Fry in oil for 8 min (4 min, flip- 4 more min) or bake for 12 min.
